合同会社アスピエンス（以下、当社）は、各種サービスのご提供にあたり、当社の提供するサービスをご利用になる方（以下、利用者）の個人情報をお預かりしております。当社は、利用者との信頼関係を重視し、当社の提供するアプリケーションツール、ウェブサービス、メールマガジン等の各種サービスを利用者の皆様に安心してご利用いただけるよう、本プライバシーポリシー（以下、本ポリシー）の定めに従い、利用者の個人情報を慎重に取り扱ってまいります。

1.個人情報

個人情報とは、利用者個人に関する情報であって、当該情報を構成する氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスその他の記述等により当該利用者を識別できるものをいいます。

また、その情報のみでは識別できない場合でも、他の情報と容易に照合することができ、結果的に利用者個人を識別できるものも個人情報に含まれます。

2.個人情報の取得について

当社は、偽りその他不正の手段によらず適正に個人情報を取得いたします。

3.個人情報の利用目的

当社は、個人情報を以下の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、利用いたします。

以下に定めのない目的で個人情報を利用する場合、あらかじめ利用者本人の同意を得た上で行います。

利用者の個人認証および利用者向け各種サービスの提供
各種サービスの提供・運営に関するご連絡、メールマガジン・各種お知らせ等の配信・送付
お問い合わせ・ご相談への対応およびご連絡
各種サービスに関するご意見・ご要望への対応・回答

4.個人情報の安全管理について

当社は、取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

また当社は、個人情報の取り扱いにあたり、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令およびガイドラインを遵守します。

5.個人情報の第三者への提供

当社は、原則として、利用者本人の同意を得ずに個人情報を第三者に提供しません。提供先・提供情報内容を特定した上で、利用者の同意を得た場合に限り提供します。ただし、以下の場合は、関係法令に反しない範囲で、利用者の同意なく個人情報を提供することがあります。

法令に基づく場合
人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、利用者本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
利用者が第三者に不利益を及ぼすと当社が判断した場合
公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、利用者本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合で、利用者本人の同意を得ることによりその事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
裁判所、検察庁、警察またはこれらに準じた権限を有する機関から、個人情報についての開示を求められた場合
利用者本人から明示的に第三者への開示または提供を求められた場合
利用者本人があらかじめ公表を許諾している情報である場合

6.第三者提供に関する免責事項

以下の場合は、第三者による個人情報の取得に関し、当社は何らの責任を負いません。

利用者自らが各種サービスの機能または別の手段を用いて、当社以外の第三者に個人情報を明らかにする場合（なお、当該第三者における個人情報の取り扱いについては、各第三者に直接お問い合わせください）
各種サービスに入力した情報により、期せずして本人が特定されてしまった場合
各種サービスからリンクされる外部サイトにおいて、利用者より個人情報が提供され、またそれが利用された場合
利用者本人以外が利用者個人を識別できる情報（ID・パスワード等）を入手した場合

7.個人情報処理の外部委託

当社は、個人情報の取り扱いに関する業務の一部または全部を外部委託することがあります。なお、委託先における個人情報の取り扱いについては当社が責任を負います。

8.統計処理されたデータの利用

当社は、提供を受けた個人情報をもとに、個人を特定できないよう加工した統計データを作成することがあります。個人を特定できない統計データについては、当社は何ら制限なく利用することができるものとします。

9.アクセス解析について

当社のウェブサイトでは、サイトの利用状況の把握および品質向上のため、当社が利用するレンタルサーバー「ConoHa WING」が提供するアクセス解析機能を利用しています。

本機能は、サーバーのアクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、参照元、アクセス日時等）をもとに利用状況を統計的に分析するものであり、これらの情報から特定の個人を識別することはありません。

取得したアクセス情報は、ウェブサイトの利用状況の分析および品質向上の目的にのみ利用します。

10.ブラウザ拡張機能におけるデータの取り扱い

当社がChrome ウェブストア等で公開しているブラウザ拡張機能における利用者の情報の取り扱いは、本項の定めによります。

共通の方針

拡張機能が取り扱う情報は、各拡張機能が公表する単一の目的の達成に必要な範囲に限ります。
拡張機能が取り扱う情報を、当社のサーバーその他の外部へ送信しません。
取り扱う情報を第三者へ販売、譲渡または提供しません。
広告の表示、行動の追跡、プロファイリング、信用力の判断または融資の目的で利用しません。
拡張機能のパッケージに同梱されたプログラムのみを実行し、外部から取得したプログラムを実行しません。
各拡張機能は、その目的の達成に必要な最小限の権限のみを要求します。

PageGrab における取り扱い

PageGrab（表示中のページを撮影し、撮影した画像にモザイク・グレーマスクをかけて保存する拡張機能）における具体的な取り扱いは、次のとおりです。

取り扱う情報: 撮影したページの画面画像、撮影元のページのURLとタイトル、画像の寸法・撮影日時等の付随情報、および利用者が選んだ設定（保存形式、JPGの画質、テーマ、広告マスクの既定、描画待ち時間、直近の装飾スタイル）
取り扱いの契機: 利用者がツールバーのアイコンを操作した時点、またはショートカットキーで撮影を実行した時点の、その表示中のタブに限ります。バックグラウンドでの自動的な撮影は行いません
利用目的: 撮影画像の表示と編集（モザイク・グレーマスク）、および利用者が指定した形式での保存。ページのタイトル（取得できない場合はURLのホスト名）は、保存するファイル名の生成に用います
保存場所と期間: 撮影画像はブラウザ内のデータベースに一時的に保持し、24時間を経過した記録は自動的に消去されます。設定はブラウザ内の保存領域に保持します（他の端末との同期は行いません）。操作の履歴は保存しません
外部への送信: 行いません。本拡張機能は特定のサイトへアクセスする権限を持たず、外部との通信を行いません
取り扱わない情報: 氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報、認証情報、閲覧したページの履歴、位置情報、キー入力・クリック等の操作情報

SaveAllPix における取り扱い

SaveAllPix（表示中のページ上にある画像を検出して一覧表示し、利用者が選択した画像を保存する拡張機能）における具体的な取り扱いは、次のとおりです。

取り扱う情報: 表示中のページ上にある画像のURL、拡張子、ファイルサイズ等のメタ情報、および保存先フォルダ名に用いるページタイトル
取り扱いの契機: 利用者がツールバーのアイコンをクリックした時点の、その表示中のタブに限ります。バックグラウンドでの自動的な取得は行いません
利用目的: 画像の一覧表示、拡張子やURLによる絞り込み、および利用者が選択した画像の保存
保存場所と期間: ブラウザのセッション領域に一時的に保持し、ブラウザの終了時に自動的に消去されます。ディスクへ永続的に保存することはありません
外部への送信: 行いません。通信は、利用者が選択した画像を保存するために、当該画像の配信元へ取得を要求する場合に限られます
取り扱わない情報: 氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報、認証情報、閲覧したページの履歴、位置情報、キー入力・クリック等の操作情報

各拡張機能が要求する権限とその理由は、Chrome ウェブストアの各掲載ページに記載しています。本項に関するお問い合わせは、下記「14. 個人情報に関するお問い合わせ窓口」までご連絡ください。

11.スマートフォンアプリにおけるデータの取り扱い

当社が Google Play 等で公開しているスマートフォンアプリにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いは、本項の定めによります。

共通の方針

アプリが取り扱う情報は、そのアプリが提供する機能に必要な範囲に限ります。
利用者がアプリに入力した情報は端末内に保存し、利用者ご自身が実行するバックアップの場合を除き、当社のサーバーその他の外部へ送信しません。
一部のアプリは、その機能の提供に必要な範囲で、利用者の許可を得た上で端末内に既にある情報（カレンダー等）を読み取ることがあります。読み取った情報は端末内での表示のためにのみ利用し、外部へ送信しません。読み取りを許可しない場合も、その機能を除いてアプリをご利用いただけます。
取り扱う情報を第三者へ販売、譲渡または提供しません。
広告の表示、行動の追跡、プロファイリング、信用力の判断または融資の目的で利用しません。広告および利用状況の解析を目的とした外部の開発キットを組み込みません。
クラウドへのバックアップ機能を備えるアプリでは、その保存先は利用者ご自身のクラウド上のアプリ専用領域であり、当社はその内容を参照できません。
各アプリは、その機能の提供に必要な最小限の権限のみを要求します。

シンプルカレンダーにおける取り扱い

シンプルカレンダー（月間カレンダーを表示し、休日の色付けや独自の休日の登録ができるアプリ）における具体的な取り扱いは、次のとおりです。

取り扱う情報: 利用者が登録した独自の休日の日付、および利用者が選んだ設定（週の始まりの曜日、月外の日の表示、週末・祝日・独自の休日の色付け、テーマ）。加えて、祝日を判定するために端末のカレンダーを参照します
端末のカレンダーの参照: 利用者が「カレンダーの読み取り」を許可した場合に限り、表示中の月の前後を含む期間の予定について、カレンダー名・終日かどうか・日付の3項目のみを参照し、終日の予定のみを対象とします。予定の件名・場所・参加者・時刻は取得しません。アプリが保持するのは、カレンダー名に「祝日」等を含むものの日付だけです。許可しない場合、参照は行わず、祝日の自動判定を除いてアプリをご利用いただけます
利用目的: カレンダーの表示、祝日の判定、および休日の色付け
保存場所: 利用者の端末内のみ。当社のサーバーには保存しません
外部への送信: 通常の利用では行いません。通信は、利用者ご自身が「バックアップ」または「復元」を実行したときに、利用者ご自身の Google ドライブとの間で行われる場合に限られます
Google アカウント: バックアップ機能を利用する場合のみ、利用者が選択した Google アカウントでの認可を求めます。当社が認証情報（パスワード等）を取得することはありません。バックアップ機能を使わない場合、サインインは不要です
バックアップの保存先と内容: 利用者ご自身の Google ドライブの「アプリ専用のデータ領域」。当社および他のアプリからは参照できません。保存されるのは設定と独自の休日の日付のみで、端末のカレンダーから参照した情報は含まれません
取り扱わない情報: 予定の件名・場所・参加者等の内容、氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報、位置情報、連絡先、広告識別子、操作の履歴
データの削除: 端末内のデータはアプリの操作で削除できます。アプリを削除した場合も端末内のデータは削除されます。Google ドライブ上のバックアップは、利用者ご自身の Google アカウントの管理下にあり、利用者が削除できます

シンプル立替精算における取り扱い

シンプル立替精算（グループで発生した立替金を記録し、精算額を計算するアプリ）における具体的な取り扱いは、次のとおりです。

取り扱う情報: メンバーの名前、立替の金額・内容・日付、割り勘の設定、精算の記録など、利用者がアプリに入力した情報
利用目的: 立替の記録の表示と、各メンバーの負担額および精算額の計算
保存場所: 利用者の端末内のみ。当社のサーバーには保存しません
外部への送信: 通常の利用では行いません。通信は、利用者ご自身が「バックアップ」または「復元」を実行したときに、利用者ご自身の Google ドライブとの間で行われる場合に限られます
Google アカウント: バックアップ機能を利用する場合のみ、利用者が選択した Google アカウントでの認可を求めます。当社が認証情報（パスワード等）を取得することはありません。バックアップ機能を使わない場合、サインインは不要です
バックアップの保存先: 利用者ご自身の Google ドライブの「アプリ専用のデータ領域」。当社および他のアプリからは参照できません
取り扱わない情報: 氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報、位置情報、連絡先、端末内の写真やファイル、広告識別子、操作の履歴
データの削除: 端末内のデータはアプリの操作で削除できます。アプリを削除した場合も端末内のデータは削除されます。Google ドライブ上のバックアップは、利用者ご自身の Google アカウントの管理下にあり、利用者が削除できます

シンプルMDビューアにおける取り扱い

シンプルMDビューア（Markdown 形式の文書を日本語として読みやすく整えて表示する、閲覧専用のアプリ）における具体的な取り扱いは、次のとおりです。

取り扱う情報: 利用者が開いた文書の内容およびファイル名と、利用者が選んだ表示設定（テーマ、文字の大きさ）
取り扱いの契機: 利用者がファイルを選択した時点、または他のアプリから共有して渡した時点に限ります。端末内の文書を自動的に探索することはありません
利用目的: 文書の表示、および表示設定の維持
保存場所と期間: 文書の内容は表示のために一時的に扱うのみで、アプリが複製して保存することはありません。端末内に保持するのは表示設定だけです
外部への送信: 行いません。本アプリはインターネットに接続する権限を持たないため、通信そのものが行えません
要求する権限: ありません。端末内のファイルを読み取る権限は要求せず、Android 標準のファイル選択の仕組みを通じて、利用者が選んだファイルのみを開きます
バックアップ: Android の標準のバックアップの対象は表示設定のみです。文書の内容はバックアップされません
取り扱わない情報: 氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報、認証情報、位置情報、連絡先、広告識別子、操作の履歴

シンプル動画圧縮における取り扱い

シンプル動画圧縮（英語表示名 SimpleVideoSlim。利用者が選んだ動画のファイルサイズを小さくするアプリ）における具体的な取り扱いは、次のとおりです。

取り扱う情報: 利用者が選んだ動画の内容および長さ・解像度等の情報、利用者が選んだ設定（圧縮の品質、音声を含めるかどうか、テーマ、表示言語）、ならびにフル機能版を購入済みかどうかの状態
取り扱いの契機: 利用者が Android 標準の動画の選択画面で動画を選んだ時点に限ります。端末内の動画を自動的に探索することはありません
利用目的: 選ばれた動画の変換と、変換後のファイルの書き出し、および設定の維持
保存場所: 変換した動画は端末内の「ムービー/SimpleVideoSlim」に書き出します。設定および購入済みかどうかの状態も端末内にのみ保持し、当社のサーバーには保存しません
外部への送信: 動画およびその内容を外部へ送信しません。変換は端末内で完結します。通信は、利用者ご自身がアプリ内でフル機能版を購入したとき、または「購入を復元」を実行したときに、Google Play との間で行われる場合に限られます
アプリ内購入: 購入の手続きと決済は Google Play が行います。当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得することはありません。アプリが端末内に保持するのは「購入済みかどうか」の状態のみです
要求する権限: 画面を消したあとも変換を続けるためのフォアグラウンドサービスおよびスリープの抑止と、進み具合をお知らせするための通知に関する権限のみです。端末内の写真・動画を読み取る権限は要求せず、Android 標準の選択画面を通じて利用者が選んだ動画のみを扱います
取り扱わない情報: 氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報、決済情報、位置情報、連絡先、広告識別子、操作の履歴
データの削除: 書き出した動画は、端末の標準のアプリからいつでも削除できます。設定および購入済みかどうかの状態は、アプリを削除すると端末内から削除されます

各アプリが要求する権限とその理由は、Google Play の各掲載ページに記載しています。本項に関するお問い合わせは、下記「14. 個人情報に関するお問い合わせ窓口」までご連絡ください。

12.個人情報の開示・訂正等について

当社は、利用者本人から自己の個人情報についての開示（電磁的記録の提供による方法を含みます）の請求がある場合、個人情報保護法の定めに従い、速やかに開示いたします。その際、利用者本人であることが確認できない場合には、開示に応じません。

個人情報の内容に誤りがあり、利用者本人から訂正・追加・削除の請求がある場合、調査の上、速やかにこれらの請求に対応いたします。また、利用者本人から利用停止・消去または第三者提供の停止の請求がある場合も、個人情報保護法の定めに従い、速やかに対応いたします。その際、利用者本人であることが確認できない場合には、これらの請求に応じません。

当社の個人情報の取り扱いにつきまして、上記の請求・お問い合わせ等ございましたらお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

13.プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、法令等の定めがある場合を除き、本ポリシーを随時変更することができるものとします。

Aspience LLC (the "Company") receives and holds the personal information of those who use its services ("Users") in the course of providing its various services. Placing importance on the relationship of trust with Users, the Company handles Users' personal information with care, in accordance with this Privacy Policy (this "Policy"), so that Users can use the Company's application tools, web services, email newsletters, and other services with confidence.

1.Personal Information

"Personal information" means information about an individual User by which the User can be identified through the name, address, telephone number, email address, or other description contained in such information.

Even where an individual cannot be identified from such information alone, information that can be easily collated with other information and thereby ultimately identify the individual User is also included in personal information.

2.Acquisition of Personal Information

The Company acquires personal information appropriately and not by deceit or other wrongful means.

3.Purposes of Use of Personal Information

The Company uses personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes of use.

Where personal information is used for any purpose not set forth below, the Company will do so only after obtaining the prior consent of the User.

Personal authentication of Users and provision of various services to Users;
Communications regarding the provision and operation of various services, and the distribution and sending of email newsletters and various notices;
Responding to and contacting Users regarding inquiries and consultations;
Responding to and answering opinions and requests regarding various services.

4.Security Management of Personal Information

The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it handles, and to otherwise securely manage personal information.

In handling personal information, the Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws, regulations, and guidelines.

5.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

As a general rule, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the User. The Company provides personal information only where it has obtained the User's consent after specifying the recipient and the content of the information to be provided. However, in the following cases, the Company may provide personal information without the User's consent to the extent not in violation of related laws and regulations.

When required by laws and regulations;
When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the User;
When the Company determines that a User will cause disadvantage to a third party;
When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the User;
When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government organ, a local public entity, or a party entrusted by them in performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the User's consent is likely to impede the performance of such affairs;
When disclosure of personal information is requested by a court, public prosecutors' office, the police, or an organ with equivalent authority;
When the User expressly requests disclosure or provision to a third party;
When the User has consented in advance to the information being made public.

6.Disclaimer Regarding Provision to Third Parties

In the following cases, the Company shall bear no responsibility for the acquisition of personal information by a third party.

When a User discloses personal information to a third party other than the Company using the functions of the services or by other means (for the handling of personal information by such third party, please inquire directly with that third party);
When the individual is unexpectedly identified from information entered into the services;
When personal information is provided and used by the User on an external site linked from the services;
When a party other than the User obtains information that can identify the individual User (such as an ID or password).

7.Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company may outsource part or all of its personal information handling operations. The Company bears responsibility for the handling of personal information by the outsourcing contractor.

8.Use of Statistically Processed Data

The Company may create statistical data, processed so that individuals cannot be identified, based on the personal information provided. The Company may use such statistical data that cannot identify individuals without any restriction.

9.About Access Analysis

On the Company's website, in order to understand website usage and improve quality, the Company uses the access-analysis function provided by "ConoHa WING," the rental server used by the Company.

This function statistically analyzes server access logs (IP address, browser type, referrer, access date and time, etc.), and no specific individual is identified from this information.

The access information obtained is used solely for the purposes of analyzing website usage and improving the quality of the website.

10.Data Handling in the Company's Browser Extensions

The handling of user information in the browser extensions the Company publishes on the Chrome Web Store and similar platforms is governed by this section.

Common principles

Information handled by an extension is limited to what is necessary to achieve the single purpose that the extension discloses.
The Company does not transmit information handled by its extensions to its own servers or to any other external destination.
The Company does not sell, transfer, or otherwise provide such information to third parties.
The Company does not use such information for advertising, behavioral tracking, profiling, creditworthiness assessment, or lending purposes.
Extensions execute only the code included in the extension package; they do not execute remotely hosted code.
Each extension requests only the minimum permissions necessary to achieve its purpose.

Handling in PageGrab

PageGrab is an extension that captures the page the user is viewing and saves the captured image after applying mosaic or grey masks to it. Its specific handling is as follows.

Information handled: The captured image of the page, the URL and title of the page it was captured from, accompanying details such as image dimensions and capture time, and the settings the user chooses (output format, JPG quality, theme, the default for ad masking, the render wait time, and the most recent annotation style)
When it is handled: Only in the tab being viewed at the moment the user operates the toolbar icon or triggers a capture with a keyboard shortcut. No capture takes place automatically in the background
Purpose of use: Displaying and editing the captured image (mosaic and grey masks), and saving it in the format the user specifies. The page title — or the host name from the URL when no title is available — is used to generate the file name
Storage and retention: Captured images are held temporarily in a database inside the browser, and records older than 24 hours are erased automatically. Settings are held in the browser's storage area and are not synced to other devices. No interaction history is stored
External transmission: None. The extension holds no permission to access particular sites and performs no external communication
Information not handled: Personally identifiable information such as name, address or email address; authentication information; browsing history; location information; and interaction data such as keystrokes and clicks

Handling in SaveAllPix

SaveAllPix is an extension that detects and lists the images on the page the user is viewing and saves the images the user selects. Its specific handling is as follows.

Information handled: The URLs, file extensions, file sizes and similar metadata of images present on the page being viewed, and the page title used to name the destination folder
When it is handled: Only in the tab being viewed at the moment the user clicks the toolbar icon. No collection takes place automatically in the background
Purpose of use: Listing the images, filtering them by file extension or URL, and saving the images the user selects
Storage and retention: Held temporarily in the browser's session storage and erased automatically when the browser closes. Nothing is written persistently to disk
External transmission: None. Network communication is limited to requesting an image from the server that already serves it, in order to save the image the user selected
Information not handled: Personally identifiable information such as name, address or email address; authentication information; browsing history; location information; and interaction data such as keystrokes and clicks

11.Data Handling in the Company's Mobile Apps

The handling of user information in the mobile apps the Company publishes on Google Play and similar platforms is governed by this section.

Common principles

Information handled by an app is limited to what is necessary for the functions that the app provides.
Information the user enters into an app is stored on the user's device and, except when the user performs a backup to their own cloud storage, is not transmitted to the Company's servers or to any other external destination.
Some apps read information already present on the device, such as the calendar, with the user's permission and only to the extent necessary to provide their functions. Such information is used solely to display content on the device and is not transmitted externally. If the user declines, the app remains usable apart from that particular function.
The Company does not sell, transfer, or otherwise provide such information to third parties.
The Company does not use such information for advertising, behavioral tracking, profiling, creditworthiness assessment, or lending purposes, and does not embed third-party kits for advertising or usage analytics.
Where an app offers cloud backup, the destination is an app-private area of the user's own cloud storage, the contents of which the Company cannot access.
Each app requests only the minimum permissions necessary to provide its functions.

Handling in Simple Calendar

Simple Calendar is an app that displays a monthly calendar, colours holidays, and lets the user register holidays of their own. Its specific handling is as follows.

Information handled: The dates of the holidays the user registers, and the settings the user chooses (the first day of the week, whether dates outside the month are shown, the colouring of weekends, public holidays and the user's own holidays, and the theme). In addition, the app reads the device calendar in order to identify public holidays
Reading the device calendar: Only if the user grants the calendar read permission. For events in a range around the month being displayed, the app reads three fields only — the calendar name, whether the event is all-day, and the date — and uses only all-day events. It does not obtain event titles, locations, attendees or times. The app retains only the dates of events belonging to calendars whose name indicates public holidays. If the user declines, no reading takes place and the app remains usable apart from the automatic detection of public holidays
Purpose of use: Displaying the calendar, identifying public holidays, and colouring holidays
Storage: On the user's device only. Nothing is stored on the Company's servers
External transmission: None in ordinary use. Communication occurs only with the user's own Google Drive, and only when the user performs a backup or a restore
Google account: Authorization with a Google account chosen by the user is requested only when the backup feature is used. The Company never obtains authentication credentials such as passwords. Signing in is not required if the backup feature is not used
Backup destination and contents: The app-private data area of the user's own Google Drive, which neither the Company nor other apps can access. Only the settings and the dates of the user's own holidays are stored; nothing read from the device calendar is included
Information not handled: Event contents such as titles, locations and attendees; personally identifiable information such as name, address or email address; location information; contacts; advertising identifiers; and interaction history
Deletion of data: Data on the device can be deleted from within the app, and is also removed if the app is uninstalled. Backups on Google Drive remain under the control of the user's own Google account and can be deleted by the user

Handling in Simple Tatekae Seisan

Simple Tatekae Seisan is an app that records expenses paid on behalf of a group and calculates how much each member owes. Its specific handling is as follows.

Information handled: Information the user enters into the app, such as member names, the amount, description and date of each expense, split settings, and settlement records
Purpose of use: Displaying the recorded expenses and calculating each member's share and the resulting settlement amounts
Storage: On the user's device only. Nothing is stored on the Company's servers
External transmission: None in ordinary use. Communication occurs only with the user's own Google Drive, and only when the user performs a backup or a restore

Simple MD Viewer is a read-only app that displays Markdown documents, laid out for comfortable reading in Japanese. Its specific handling is as follows.

Information handled: The contents and file name of the document the user opens, and the display settings the user chooses (theme and text size)
When it is handled: Only at the moment the user selects a file, or when another app shares one with it. The app never scans the device for documents on its own
Purpose of use: Displaying the document, and retaining the display settings
Storage and retention: Document contents are held only temporarily in order to display them; the app keeps no copy. The only thing retained on the device is the display settings
External transmission: None. The app does not hold the permission to access the internet, so it is unable to communicate at all
Permissions requested: None. The app requests no permission to read files on the device; it opens only the file the user selects, through the standard Android file selection mechanism
Backup: The standard Android backup covers the display settings only. Document contents are not backed up
Information not handled: Personally identifiable information such as name, address or email address; authentication credentials; location information; contacts; advertising identifiers; and interaction history

Handling in SimpleVideoSlim

SimpleVideoSlim (shown as シンプル動画圧縮 in Japanese) is an app that reduces the file size of a video the user selects. Its specific handling is as follows.

Information handled: The contents of the video the user selects together with information such as its length and resolution, the settings the user chooses (compression quality, whether to include audio, theme and display language), and whether the full version has been purchased
When it is handled: Only at the moment the user selects a video in the standard Android video selection screen. The app never scans the device for videos on its own
Purpose of use: Converting the selected video, writing out the converted file, and retaining the settings
Storage location: The converted video is written to "Movies/SimpleVideoSlim" on the device. The settings and the purchase state are also kept on the device only, and are not stored on the Company's servers
External transmission: The video and its contents are not transmitted externally; conversion is completed entirely on the device. Communication takes place only with Google Play, when the user makes an in-app purchase of the full version or runs "Restore purchase"
In-app purchase: The purchase process and payment are handled by Google Play. The Company does not obtain payment information such as credit card numbers. All the app keeps on the device is whether a purchase has been made
Permissions requested: Only those for the foreground service and wake lock that let conversion continue after the screen is turned off, and for the notification that reports progress. The app requests no permission to read photos or videos on the device; it handles only the video the user selects through the standard Android selection screen
Information not handled: Personally identifiable information such as name, address or email address; payment information; location information; contacts; advertising identifiers; and interaction history
Deletion of data: Videos that have been written out can be deleted at any time from the device's standard apps. The settings and the purchase state are removed from the device when the app is uninstalled

12.Disclosure, Correction, etc. of Personal Information

When a User requests disclosure of their own personal information (including disclosure by provision of electromagnetic records), the Company will promptly make the disclosure in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. If the Company cannot confirm that the requester is the User concerned, it will not respond to the disclosure request.

If there is an error in the content of personal information and the User requests correction, addition, or deletion, the Company will, after investigation, promptly respond to such requests. The Company will likewise respond promptly, in accordance with the Act, to requests from the User to suspend use, erase, or suspend third-party provision of their personal information. If the Company cannot confirm that the requester is the User concerned, it will not respond to such requests.
